How do I get my College Bellhop laundry bag?
It will either be placed on your door knob or waiting for you in the mail room of your residence hall within 48 hours of ordering. All laundry bag delivery will begin during the first week of classes.
What happens if I forget to drop-off my laundry bag on Tuesday?
If you forget, you can drop-off two bags the following week. This way you can do double the amount of laundry. Make sure to label your second bag with your name & dorm hall.

What if I order the service and don't want to keep it?
We're student friendly! You will have a 2-week trial period. You may cancel for a refund within the first two weeks of the semester.
What if my laundry is lost, damaged or stolen?
Or policy is simple: we will compensate you right away! We carry a comprehensive insurance plan and you're compensated for any clothing issues within 72 hours.
